Position Overview
- As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients.
- Your primary responsibility will be to educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and guide them through the purchasing process.
- You will work closely with clients to assess their energy needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ energy needs and present customized solar energy solutions.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of solar energy systems, financing options, and incentives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients throughout the sales process and post-installation.
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project implementation.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and regulations to effectively communicate with customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and financing options is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
