Job Role:
- We’re looking for a Customer Success Lead who understands the importance of relationships, retention, and results.
- You will be the bridge between our clients and our platform, making sure they onboard smoothly, adopt fully, and stay happy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding, training, and support for new and existing clients.
- Delegate tasks to the customer success team
- Build and manage strong client relationships across industries.
- Proactively reduce churn and drive retention and upsell opportunities.
- Track customer health and step in before issues arise.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to shape future features.
- Design and refine CS processes that scale.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
- Experience, at least you’ve done this 4+ years and know how to manage clients well.
- Communicate clearly and confidently.
- Are tech-savvy and have used tools like Intercom, HuHbSpot, or Zendesk.
- Love solving problems and making people’s lives easier.
- Bonus: You’ve worked in SaaS or Market Tech before.
