Requirements
What You’ll Do
Client Follow-Up & Monitoring
- Track new clients who have paid but have not completed the required onboarding form.
- Follow up consistently to encourage timely form submission.
- Identify clients who have submitted forms but have not booked their onboarding call, and initiate follow-up.
Bottleneck Resolution & Communication
- Proactively identify onboarding delays and coordinate necessary steps to move clients forward.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients throughout the process.
- Provide timely updates to the Client Success Team about any ongoing or resolved bottlenecks.
Administrative Support
- Manage onboarding-related administrative tasks to keep all processes aligned and on track.
- Use internal tools to track client progress and ensure all required steps are completed accurately.

- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Experience in client-facing communication and administrative coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency.
- Familiarity with onboarding workflows and task management tools is a plus.
