1.) Medical Laboratory Technician

Location: Lagos

Requirements

  • Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Certificate from a recognized institution.
  • Valid MLT license from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
  • Completion of internship where applicable.
  • 1–2 years relevant experience in a medical laboratory (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Ability to handle routine laboratory tests and sample preparation.
  • Knowledge of laboratory safety rules, equipment handling, and quality control basics.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and assist laboratory scientists in test procedures.
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

2.) Medical Laboratory Scientist

Location: Lagos

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS).
  • Current practicing license from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
  • Completion of NYSC program.
  • Additional certifications in relevant laboratory specialties (added advantage).
  • 1–3 years post-NYSC experience in a medical laboratory or diagnostic center.
  • Proficiency in Haematology, Microbiology, Clinical Chemistry, Serology, and/or Histopathology.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory instruments, calibration, and maintenance.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance/control.
  • Good documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced diagnostic environment.

3. Customer Service Representative

Job Description

  • We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate must be professional, empathetic, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience within a healthcare environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Attend to patients and clients promptly with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide accurate information on services, appointments, and processes.
  • Assist with patient registration, billing guidance, and service scheduling.
  • Manage complaints and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
  • Support daily administrative operations as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in any relevant field.
  • At least 1–2 years experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer use (MS Word, Excel, and CRM tools).
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain professionalism.
  • Must be customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

4. HR Officer

Locations: Awka, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support staff welfare, training, and performance evaluation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
  • Coordinate disciplinary procedures and grievance management.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and leave administration.
  • Support HR reports and data analysis for management decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of HR experience (preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or corporate setting).
  • Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Membership or certification with CIPM is an added advantage.

5. Accounts Officer

Locations: Awka, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Accounts Officer will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling reconciliations, and ensuring accuracy in daily financial reporting and transactions in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and post daily financial transactions.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Assist with tax computations and statutory remittances.
  • Liaise with auditors and external financial partners when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or a corporate environment.
  • Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Tally) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting and record keeping.
