About the Role
- Ocean Lord Limited is seeking a skilled and reliable Coldroom Technician to join our technical team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of coldroom systems and refrigeration equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair coldroom and refrigeration systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on coldroom units and related equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and recommend effective solutions.
- Monitor temperature controls and ensure equipment meets operational standards.
- Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and inventory of tools and spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Provide timely technical support during system breakdowns or emergencies.
Requirements
- Technical certification or diploma in Refrigeration, Cooling Systems, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years proven experience as a Coldroom or Refrigeration Technician.
- Age: 25 – 35 years old.
- Strong knowledge of coldroom machinery, compressors, condensers, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Salary
N200,000 monthly.
