Job Description
- We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our construction company.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of construction projects, including contract management, financial analysis, budgeting, and risk management.
- International construction experience and proficiency in SAP software are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Negotiate, manage, and administer contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Financial Analysis: Analyse financial data, manage project budgets, and make strategic financial decisions.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential financial risks in construction projects.
- Project Coordination: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and industry professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor`s Degree with 3 – 5 years of experience as a Commercial Supervisor in a construction company, with a minimum of 2 years in an international construction company.
- Proficiency in SAP software for accounting and financial management.
- Strong understanding of contract law, construction contracts, and legal implications.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
