Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Relationship Manager based in Edo State, Nigeria.
  • The Commercial Relationship Manager will focus on building and managing client relationships, with responsibilities including developing and managing financial and treasury services, analyzing client portfolios, and delivering tailored financial solutions.
  • The role requires comprehensive engagement with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional banking experiences while achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a financial or commercial banking role is a strong advantage
  • Business Relationship Management expertise, with a focus on fostering successful client partnerships
  • Skills in Treasury Management and Finance to deliver financial solutions aligned with client needs
  • Experience in Portfolio Management, ensuring growth and sustainability of client accounts
  • Knowledge of Underwriting to assess financial risks and structure appropriate banking solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
