Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Relationship Manager based in Edo State, Nigeria.
- The Commercial Relationship Manager will focus on building and managing client relationships, with responsibilities including developing and managing financial and treasury services, analyzing client portfolios, and delivering tailored financial solutions.
- The role requires comprehensive engagement with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional banking experiences while achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Previous experience in a financial or commercial banking role is a strong advantage
- Business Relationship Management expertise, with a focus on fostering successful client partnerships
- Skills in Treasury Management and Finance to deliver financial solutions aligned with client needs
- Experience in Portfolio Management, ensuring growth and sustainability of client accounts
- Knowledge of Underwriting to assess financial risks and structure appropriate banking solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
