About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and engaging Community Manager to grow, nurture, and manage our online and offline communities. Acting as the bridge between our brand and our audience, you’ll ensure members feel heard, valued, and connected while building loyalty and engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies that foster growth and positive interactions.

  • Monitor, moderate, and respond to members across social media platforms, forums, and other digital spaces.

  • Create and manage engaging content tailored to the needs and interests of the community.

  • Gather feedback, analyze sentiment, and share insights with internal teams to improve services and communication.

  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to align community initiatives with brand goals.

  • Handle crisis communication and resolve conflicts in an empathetic, timely manner.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage authentically.

  • Solid knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and community management software.

  • Creative mindset with excellent content creation and writing abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing communities on Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), or similar platforms.

  • Background in customer support, PR, or social media management.

  • Knowledge of WordPress, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.

  • Passion for building meaningful connections and vibrant communities.
