Job Description:
- We are seeking a competent Contact Center Associate who will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, executing call campaigns, conducting customer surveys, and providing backend support.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing accurate information
- Conduct outbound call campaigns, including customer follow-ups, surveys, and promotional calls
- Record and update customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
- Provide backend support, including email responses and data entry
- Work closely with other teams to escalate and resolve customer issues effectively
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and adherence to company policies
- Achieve assigned call volume and quality targets
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer service processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication or other related Social Science discipline
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a contact center
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in CRM software and Office Suite
- Prior experience in outbound call campaigns and customer surveys is a plus
