Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, and video) across multiple platforms.
Produce and edit short-form, engaging videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other visual-first platforms.
Monitor social media analytics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
Foster positive online communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and encouraging interaction.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media initiatives with overall campaigns and business goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
1–3 years’ proven experience in social media management (preferably within the tech or energy sectors).
Strong writing ability with a knack for creating engaging, audience-focused content.
Proficiency in short-form video creation and editing for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
Excellent verbal communication skills and confident presentation style.
Fluency in English (proficiency in additional languages is an advantage).
Passion for the tech and renewable energy industries with a basic understanding of relevant concepts.
