Role Overview
We are seeking a Corporate Learning & Development Officer to design and deliver innovative learning solutions that address evolving client needs. The successful candidate will combine expertise in curriculum design with strong business development skills, driving impactful corporate training while building lasting executive-level relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Design curricula for corporate training programs across multiple industries.

Develop compelling learning solution proposals tailored to client needs.

Coordinate seamless delivery of training (virtual and physical).

Conduct training needs analysis and research to identify skill gaps.

Drive business development activities at executive levels of corporate clients.

Manage and deepen client relationships to ensure repeat engagements.

Meet and exceed quarterly market share and financial targets.

Track evolving learning trends and incorporate them into solutions.

Deliver timely weekly and monthly performance reports.

Collaborate with managers to create effective training processes.
Requirements
-
Minimum of a 2:1 Bachelor’s Degree in Business Sciences from a top-tier university.

Advanced qualification (Finance-related Master’s/Doctorate or professional certification – ACCA, CFA, etc.) is preferred.

At least 5 years’ experience in Corporate Learning & Development.

Proven curriculum development expertise.
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B business development.

Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets at executive levels.

Excellent business writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

Strong networking ability and relationship management skills.

Experience in at least two of the following sectors: Financial Services, Technology, Telecommunications, Energy.
