Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments/delivery, and processing returns.
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
  • Post company-related activities to the WhatsApp platform.
  • Collaborate with other departments, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisors/ line manager.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide excellent customer service.
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.
  • Continuously improve customer care processes and procedures.
  • Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Requirements And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in an ecommerce environment.
  • Relevant professional qualification or certification.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and customer service software.

Skills:

  • Excellent Communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle high volume customer interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate data entry.
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms and order workflows.
