Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Handle product inquiries, complaints, and feedback with tact and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues, process orders, and provide relevant information.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with retail and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Uphold the brand’s reputation by delivering world-class customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc in any relevant field.
- At least 1–2 years experience in customer service or related role.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Passion for beauty and cosmetics is a plus!.
