Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for building customer relationships, driving sales and supporting the overall growth objectives of the Fixcenter Services Limited.
Job Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend Fixcenter maintenance packages to meet those needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure quality customer service.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, and client needs.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Product Knowledge and Expertise:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Fixcenterproducts and services.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Fixcenter services to prospective clients.
Team Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to set targets, monitor progress, and achieve goals.
- Provide support and assistance to junior marketing team members.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to align strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or Marketing.
- Strong track record of achieving targets and driving sales
- At least 2years experience in marketing, business development or Sales.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication skills.
