Job Summary
- We are seeking a personable and results-driven Customer Relations & Sales Executive to join our team in Abuja.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making cold calls, converting leads into clients, and supporting daily administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally across all channels
- Make outbound cold calls and follow up on leads to drive client conversions
- Close sales and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Perform general administrative duties as required
- Use Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools for reporting, documentation, and communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND from a recognized institution
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in making cold calls and closing sales
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be resident in Abuja

- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is an added advantage.
