Description
Responsible for executing the Group Strategy as it relates to Commercial Sales and Marketing, Route-to-Market development, etc for the new businesses within the Group.
Responsible for initiating, maintaining, and growing Top-Tier client relationships within the New Business on behalf of the Group.
Requirements of a Customer Relationship Manager
- Design and implement market entry strategy into new business markets.
- Develop and manage account plans for top-tier new business customers that clearly articulate a 3-year growth profile as well as the required action plan for achieving them.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with assigned distributors and top-tier customers to realize maximum value for Dangote Industries Limited.
- Understand the issues and challenges that could impede growth in the new businesses, propose innovative solutions, and seek approval from the management team, Dangote Industries Limited.
- Conduct periodic client/customer satisfaction surveys and reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with the new business products/services.
- Perform Customer Journey Mapping for top-tier customers across all channels to identify customer experience improvement opportunities to drive customer satisfaction.
- Plan and deliver Customer Relationship Manager strategies across the Group, follow up on new business opportunities and communicate new product developments to prospective clients.
- Work collaboratively with other units to acquire and manage all strategic customer data using a robust CRM platform/tool.
- Conduct an assessment of overall new business performance against set objectives and identify areas of improvement.
- Provide feedback on customers’ concerns to Sales Teams/Representatives in relevant locations, escalate where applicable, and follow up to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and present periodic reports on all top-tier customer relationship management activities to Management.
