Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers on all import-related inquiries.
  • Provide real-time shipment updates and follow up with operations to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate documentation processes, including clearing requirements and compliance checks.
  • Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure prompt communication across all channels.
  • Monitor cargo status and proactively inform clients of delays or changes.
  • Support the customer service team in building strong client relationships and maintaining service quality.

Salary
N400,000 Monthly.
