Providing affordable financing options for electric vehicles to compete with low-cost second-hand vehicles in the region. We are recruiting to fill the position below:
- Job Title: Customer Service Associate
- Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage customer records and interactions using CRM tools.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Draft and respond to professional correspondence and reports.
- Support client retention through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3years’ experience in a corporate organization in a customer service role.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office packages.
- Ability to manage and engage on social media pages is an added advantage.
- Excellent command of English language (spoken and written).
- Strong report writing and documentation skills.
- Must be well-groomed and presentable with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must reside in Lagos.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
- Availability to resume immediately.
