Job Summary
We are seeking a well-experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling inquiries, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a flair for marketing, and a confident personality that represents the company positively.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Support the sales and marketing team when required.

Monitor depots to ensure products are always in stock.

Process orders, forms, and customer requests efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Coordinate with colleagues to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Promote and sell products by reaching out to new and existing customers.

Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs within specified timelines.

Analyse market potential and provide status and performance reports.

Represent the company with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Customer Service or a related role.

Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and communication skills.

A flair for marketing and relationship management.

Confidence, smart appearance, and a positive attitude.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver results.
Salary
₦200,000 – ₦300,000 per month.
