Job Description:
Seeds & Pennies is seeking a Customer Service Representative with a passion for delivering exceptional service and helping customers manage their finances with ease. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience by resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing guidance on our financial products and services.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a finance company, preferably in loan management or a related field, with strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Role Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions that align with company policies.
- Guide customers on how to use the Seeds mobile app for savings, contributions, and loan management.
- Document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to assist customers effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a customer service role.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a finance company (loan experience is a strong advantage).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and customer support software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
