Job  Overview

  • We are seeking on behalf of our client to hire a proactive and customer focused Customer Service Representative.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, and supporting sales initiatives to achieve company targets.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, resilience under pressure, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Actively promote company products and services to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support the sales team in achieving business growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree/OND/HND in any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in Sales or Customer Service with measurable sales targets.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Yoruba or Igbo will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, solve problems effectively, and remain resilient under pressure.
