Job Title: Customer Success Lead
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Customer retention and internal sales.
- Improve ongoing customer relationship and networking.
- Implement success programs, contribute to sales and minimize churn.
- Upsell company’s product/services with the brand image.
- Review customers complaints and concern and seek to improve the experience.
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and management.
Requirements
- HND/Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in sales/customer service/communications/business administration or other related fields.
- Candidate must be within the age bracket 25 – 45years
- Relevant experience (3 – 7 year) as a customer success lead is an advantage
- Strong negotiation skill.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Language skills. Must speak fluent English and at least one of the 3 major Nigerian Languages – Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba.
- Must have NYSC Discharge Certificate/Exemption letter.
- Must reside in Lagos preferably mainland axis.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
