Job Summary:
  • As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them achieve their business goals through our solutions.
  • You will build relationships, provide training, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new customers and provide product training.
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement.
  • Identify and address customer issues and concerns.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to improve customer experience.
  • Develop strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction

 

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer success or account management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and provide insights.

Salary
N576,000 – N700,000 monthly.
