Job Summary:
- As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them achieve their business goals through our solutions.
- You will build relationships, provide training, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers and provide product training.
- Monitor customer usage and engagement.
- Identify and address customer issues and concerns.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to improve customer experience.
- Develop strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer success or account management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze customer data and provide insights.
Salary
N576,000 – N700,000 monthly.
