- Gather feedback and drive service improvements.
- Work closely with teams to optimize member experiences.
Person Specification
- 8+ years in customer service, ideally in healthcare.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong communication skills, empathy, & confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Empathetic, proactive problem solver with a passion for enhancing lives.
