Job Summary
- We are seeking a Data and Research Analyst who is passionate about data-driven insights, research excellence, and evidence-based decision-making.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets and research materials that support our projects, programs, and policy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources.
- Develop data dashboards, visualizations, and performance reports.
- Conduct comprehensive market, academic, and policy research to support ongoing programs.
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in designing and implementing research methodologies and surveys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into project planning and execution.
- Track emerging trends and technologies in AI, data science, and education.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in data analysis or research roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python or similar data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in policy, social impact, or education-related research is an added advantage.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
