Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced lead Generation marketing specialist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be adept at generating leads through a variety of channels, including email marketing, PPC, SEO, and social media campaigns.
- They will be responsible for creating compelling offers, optimizing our website for conversions, and coordinating efforts with our design and development teams to maximize marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads via email marketing, PPC campaigns, SEO, and social media.
- Offer Creation: Create attractive offers to capture the interest of potential customers.
- Website Optimization: Analyze and optimize website performance to increase conversions and improve user experience.
- Coordination: Work closely with designers and developers to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
- Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of all lead generation activities and adjust strategies as needed.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification
- Technical Experience: 2-3 years of experience working in a marketing or lead generation agency.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience marketing B2B professional services
- Technical skills: proficiency in email marketing tools, PPC platforms, SEO best practices, and social media marketing.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
