Job Title: Digital Marketer

Job Description
Includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote properties and generate sales leads.
- Manage and optimise listings across real estate portals
- Run targeted paid advertising on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Optimize website content for search engines and manage landing pages for lead capture.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM software.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with inventory and buyer behavior.
- Produce engaging content, including videos, infographics, and virtual tour material.
- Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging digital strategies in the real estate sector.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
