About the Role
- The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing digital marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across all digital platforms.
- This role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for digital innovation, content creation, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the organisation’s digital marketing strategy.
- Plan and execute online campaigns to drive leads, traffic, and brand visibility.
- Design, build, and maintain a strong presence across all social media platforms.
- Conduct regular keyword research, monitor SEO performance, and suggest content optimization.
- Write and publish engaging blog content to drive website traffic and audience engagement.
- Send newsletters, bulk messages, and maintain consistent email contact with clients.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, website traffic, and user engagement across channels.
- Collaborate with the media and creative teams to design and roll out engaging marketing content.
- Identify new digital trends and implement best practices across all channels.
- Manage client databases and assist in lead generation and nurturing processes.
- Develop and monitor digital marketing budgets

Requirements And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, email marketing tools
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for innovation, creativity, and digital storytelling.
