These services include value added services such a bill payments, airtime and data recharge, T.V subscriptions, betting, and gift cards. PICADAILYS also provides self-services from our partners in the areas of travels and leisure, food and drinks, fitness and entertainment , delivery services and consumables. Additionally, the platform offers brand advertising services including pay per click(PPC), pay per engagement (PPE), pay per action(PPA) and pay per mile (PPM). PICADAILYS also operates a banking/wallet service that allows users to create virtual accounts, fund wallets, transfer funds, convert currencies, obtain virtual USD cards and prepaid cards.
Role Overview
- We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing strategy.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-backed campaigns and strategic brand communication.
- This role requires a mix of creativity, analytics, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to grow Picadailys’ user base and brand visibility.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across social media, Google, and other digital channels.
- Oversee SEO/SEM efforts, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and content marketing initiatives.
- Lead campaign planning, budgeting, and performance analysis to ensure ROI-driven marketing.
- Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to align marketing activities with company goals.
- Track and report performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep Picadailys competitive.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in fintech, lifestyle, or tech startups.
- Strong understanding of online marketing channels and analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, etc.).
- Experience managing social media advertising, influencer marketing, and growth campaigns.
- Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
- A creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
