Job Summary
- The Digital Marketing Manager leads the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions.
- This role oversees SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid ads to optimize performance across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage all digital marketing campaigns across various digital platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.).
- Build and manage SEO and SEM strategies effectively.
- Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns to retain and engage customers.
- Optimize conversions by effectively managing all customer interactions and conversations.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure high-quality, engaging content across all channels.
- Stay up to date with industry trends to maintain a competitive marketing strategy.
- Ensure brand identity is consistent across all marketing channels.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years work experience.
Skills:
- Ability to design end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Creative thinking and strong awareness of industry trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team player with demonstrated leadership abilities
Tools:
- Proficient in using Trello and Notion for project and task management
- Skilled in interpreting Google Analytics insights to guide marketing decisions
- Knowledgeable in utilizing SEO and SEM tools for campaign optimizatio
