Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing and expanding the company’s online sales operations.
- The role focuses on managing the e-commerce platform, developing and executing online sales strategies, enhancing customer experience, and driving revenue growth through digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing the overall e-commerce strategy
- Managing and optimizing the company’s website and online store
- Leading online marketing initiatives to drive traffic and conversions
- Overseeing product listing, pricing, and digital merchandising
- Monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvements
- Ensuring a seamless, customer-centric online shopping experience
- Other related e-commerce and digital sales functions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e- commerce management in the retail space E.g. Konga, Jumia, etc.
- Proven track record of driving online sales and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress etc.) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Query).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
