Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems including motors, drives, switchgear, and control panels
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities to reduce downtime
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance using diagnostic tools and sensors
- Participate in root cause analysis for electrical failures and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with mechanical, instrumentation, and process teams to ensure smooth plant operations
- Document maintenance activities, technical reports, and equipment logs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes
- Learn and apply PLC programming and SCADA system operations
- Contribute to energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives within the plant.

Qualifications & Skills
- B.Eng / B.Sc / HND in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution with 0 – 2 years work experience.
- Completion of NYSC (for Nigerian candidates)
- Strong theoretical foundation in electrical machines, power systems, and control engineering
- Basic knowledge of industrial automation and instrumentation
- Proficiency in MS Office and electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to work in a rugged industrial environment
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
