- We are hiring an Email Marketing Associate to support the execution of email campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.
- You will work closely with senior team members to assist in campaign planning, content creation, implementation, and performance tracking.
As an Email Marketing Associate, you will do the following:
- Create and execute email campaigns aligned with company goals.
- Grow, segment, and manage email lists for highly targeted campaigns.
- Proofread and format email content, ensuring responsiveness and mobile-friendly layouts.
- Enhance email templates with graphics, personalization, and advanced features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
- Analyze campaign data and report key performance metrics to senior stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement optimization strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in email or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with email platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
- Basic copywriting and content editing skills.
- Exposure to HTML, CMS, or marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
