Job Summary
We are seeking a professional English and French Customer Service Representative/ Tech Support (Residents close to Lagos and willing to relocate) to help with:.
Job description for Customer Service Representative/ Tech Support:
- Handle inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues, conduct surveys, or promote products and services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services during interactions.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
- A minimum of an HND in any related field.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and French (compulsory).
- Proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Office (Teams) and CRM software.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging customer situations with professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
