Objective
The Enterprise Application Manager will develop and implement business enterprise solution strategies in collaboration with the General Manager, Business Technology, while coordinating the continuous improvement of BUA Foods’ enterprise-wide application portfolio.
This includes ERP (Microsoft Dynamics F&O), CRM, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and bespoke applications. The role ensures that our technology stack remains robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives to drive efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities

Orchestrate the enterprise application strategy and roadmap, enabling digital transformation and supporting BUA Foods’ business objectives.

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of ERP, CRM, and SCM applications—from strategic selection and implementation to retirement.

Ensure 24/7 system availability, robust security, and peak performance of all mission-critical business systems.

Forge and manage strategic vendor and stakeholder partnerships to drive success and maximize ROI.

Lead and mentor a high-performing applications team, managing budgets and delivering projects on time and within scope.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Computer Science (or other sciences) with minimum of Second Class Upper/Upper Credit.

8+ years’ experience delivering enterprise-grade applications end-to-end.

Expert-level proficiency in large-scale Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations (Business Central or F&O).

Strong industry expertise in FMCG, Manufacturing, and Food Processing environments.
