About the Role
We are seeking Entry-Level Business Development Executives to join our team in Lagos. The successful candidates will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in business development, customer relations, or sales—particularly from banking, insurance, or financial services sectors—who are eager to build a career in a dynamic oil & gas environment.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.

Assist in conducting market research and analyzing industry trends.

Support the development and management of client relationships.

Participate in meetings, follow up on client inquiries, and provide timely updates.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for prospective clients.

Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate sales documentation.

Update and manage client information using CRM systems.

Monitor industry developments and share relevant insights with the team.

Represent the company at networking and promotional events.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Business Development Lead.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.

1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer relationship management, preferably within banking, insurance, or financial services.
Desired Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain relationships.

Foundational knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development principles.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or within a team.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
