Job Title: Entry-Level IT Support Specialist
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Summary:
- We are looking for a tech-savvy and motivated Entry-Level IT Support Specialist to join our team.

- You will assist in troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT systems, and supporting team members with their technology needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems via phone, email, or in-person.
- Set up new user accounts, emails, and access permissions.
- Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations and troubleshooting steps.
- Assist with data backup and recovery processes.
- Monitor and report system performance issues.
- Support IT team in managing cybersecurity measures.
- Stay updated on emerging technology trends and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addresses, routers, firewalls).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and troubleshooting common software issues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in IT (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Cisco) is a plus.
