About the Company:

We are a digital agency that is building a SaaS platform connecting travelers with local guides, making travel experiences more authentic and accessible. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and intelligent assistant to support the founder and contribute to the smooth operation of our platform. This role involves managing communications with guides, scheduling, travel coordination, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, proficient in leveraging AI tools, and passionate about supporting a growing business.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize email correspondence with guides and customers.
  • Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, etc.) as needed.
  • Assist with guide onboarding and support.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation.
  • Proactively utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity) to enhance efficiency and productivity in tasks such as research, drafting communications, and information gathering.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.
  • Working Hours: 5 hours per day, flexible between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM (local time). Compensation:
  • Starting salary of 150,000 Naira per month
  • Weekly salary payments will be made in cryptocurrency to a ton wallet.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in email, calendar management, and basic office software (e.g., Google Workspace). Trello or Asana tools
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity) for research, writing, and task automation.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • High level of intelligence and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Optional: Experience with customer service or a background in the travel industry or tech industry is a plus.
