About the Role:
Sellphone Wholesale is looking for a sharp, tech-savvy executive assistant who can manage day-to-day tasks while also building automation systems that save time and boost performance. You’ll handle scheduling, track team KPIs, and develop scripts or workflows that streamline outreach and lead generation across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar, reminders, and inbox
- Track team performance and daily task updates
- Build web automations using Python, Zapier, or Make
- Scrape data and collect WhatsApp leads
- Maintain and update Airtable or GoHighLevel CRM
- Automate outreach on LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp
- Create ChatGPT-based messaging templates for outreach
Requirements:
- Strong skills in Python or JavaScript (Selenium/Playwright is a plus)
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Google Apps Script)
- Familiar with Airtable, Hubstaff, GoHighLevel, or SuSocial
- Reliable, proactive, and excellent with team communication and follow-ups
