We are looking for an organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to join our team and take on various responsibilities. This dynamic role involves supporting the founder and ensuring smooth daily operations across the company.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact between departments to streamline communication and processes.
  • Manage the founder’s calendar, schedule appointments, and ensure no meeting overlaps.
  • Help source and assist with hiring and onboarding talents.
  • Oversee social media engagement, build relationships online, and create written content for LinkedIn.
  • Maintain a well-organized database of company records, SOPs, Important documents, etc.

 

Skills, Experience & Requirements

  • Proficiency in using ClickUp for task and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and social media engagement.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for task automation and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Quiet and conducive working environment
  • Stable internet connection
