Job Summary:
Are you a seasoned linguistic expert with a passion for communication excellence? First Patients Engagement Ltd. is seeking a Linguistic and Phonetics Professional with at least 8 years of experience or more to train our staff on effective and eloquent communication with our American Clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff communication skills with our American Clients.
- Provide coaching on professional and articulate speech.
- Conduct workshops on client engagement and verbal etiquette.
- Assess and refine employees’ linguistic proficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience or more in linguistics, phonetics, speech training, or a related field.
- Strong background in professional communication and client engagement.
- Excellent teaching and coaching abilities.
- Ability to tailor training to various professional levels.
