Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, especially in land and property sales.
  • The ideal candidate should be skilled in generating quality leads, closing deals, and consistently meeting monthly sales targets starting from ₦50 million.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and convert leads into sales
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends and opportunities
  • Sell residential and commercial properties, including land and properties
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales
  • Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 Monthly
