Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new SME banking opportunities.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients.
- Assess loan applications and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
- Monitor SME loan performance and ensure timely repayments.
- Provide advisory services to SME clients to improve business performance.
- Ensure compliance with risk management and credit policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in SME banking, microfinance, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of SME lending, credit assessment, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales and portfolio management targets.
