Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Transport and Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our transportation and logistics operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, fleet management, warehousing, and distribution while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate transport and logistics operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Develop and implement strategies for fleet management, warehousing, and distribution.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Supervise staff, monitor performance, and provide strong leadership and mentorship.

Drive cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Proven experience in transport and logistics management (preferably within FMCG or agriculture).

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent knowledge of transport regulations, logistics software, and industry best practices.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver measurable results.
