Job Description
- We are looking for seasoned Travel Consultants with deep knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo or Sabreto join our dynamic team and help elevate our client offerings across business and leisure travel segments.
- As a Travel Consultant, you’ll handle end-to-end travel arrangements using the GDS system.
- You’ll work closely with clients to understand their travel needs, provide expert advice, offer best-in-class itinerary options, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Use Amadeus GDS to book flights, hotels, car rentals, and travel packages efficiently and accurately.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, routes, fare rules, and travel documentation.
- Create tailor-made itineraries and manage changes, cancellations, and reissues with professionalism.
- Handle corporate and leisure travel requests with speed and attention to detail.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, airline policies, and visa regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Meet individual and team sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements and skills
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience as a Travel Consultant, with a focus on flight bookings and itinerary planning.
- Proficiency in Amadeus GDS is a must (booking, ticketing, PNR management, reissues, etc.).
- Sound understanding of fare construction, travel regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
