Job Title: Finance Officer

Location: Lagos


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain records and receipts of all daily transactions.
  • Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
  • Reconcile bank statements.
  • Reconciling daily, monthly, and yearly transactions.
  • Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems.
  • Do daily bank reconciliation
  • Monitor bank deposits and payments.
  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for other departments regarding financial and accounting issues.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or HND, Finance, Economics or any related field.VB
  • Strong knowledge of working with Xero Accounting Software.
  • 3-5 years’ work experience as a Finance Officer in Financial Technology sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
  • Extensive experience using financial software.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations.
