Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive fresh graduate for the position of Finance Officer to support in managing the financial operations of our organization.
- The Finance Officer will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, supporting budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with internal and external financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor expenditure and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
- Liaise with financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Provide financial support and analysis to various departments.
- Maintain and improve financial systems and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Accounting.
- NOT MORE THAN 2 years experience in finance role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks and MS Excel)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
