Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Flight and Ticketing Officer at Bitsin Travels And Tours.
- The officer will be responsible for ticket reservation and booking, communication with customers, handling reservations, and driving sales for the company’s travel services within the office in Lagos.
Qualifications
- Ticket and Tour activities preparation
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in handling flight Reservations and bookings
- Knowledge of travel industry practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is a critical
- Knowledge of Amadious and Serbia
- Ability to prepare Travel quotes.
