Our client, a travel and tour agency, is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Flight Reservation Agent
Location: Ring Road/Oke-ado, Ibadan – Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Brief:
- You will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients (individuals or businesses). The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions reviews.
- Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation.
- Assists customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and providing information about flight schedules, pricing, and policies, ensuring a smooth booking experience.
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, or refunds.
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
Requirements and Skills:
- OND, HND / B.Sc in any related field.
- 1- 2 years experience with a registered travel company.
- General knowledge about ticketing, hotel reservations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc).
- Must reside close to the job location.
Salary:
N120,000 monthly.
