Job Description:
- Primestix is looking for a Front Desk Officer to ensure the smooth and professional operation of our reception area.
- The successful candidate will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment for clients, visitors, and staff, serving as the first point of contact and ensuring an excellent experience for everyone who interacts with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
- Greet visitors and clients warmly upon arrival.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Keep accurate records and update databases when needed.
Customer Service:
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues if necessary.
- Provide information and assistance to visitors.
- Ensure a positive experience for clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of an HND certificate; additional certifications in administration or customer service are a plus.
- Proven experience in a front desk or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- A professional appearance and a welcoming demeanor.
