Job Description:
  • Primestix is looking for a Front Desk Officer to ensure the smooth and professional operation of our reception area.
  • The successful candidate will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment for clients, visitors, and staff, serving as the first point of contact and ensuring an excellent experience for everyone who interacts with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly upon arrival.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Keep accurate records and update databases when needed.

Customer Service:

  • Address customer concerns and escalate issues if necessary.
  • Provide information and assistance to visitors.
  • Ensure a positive experience for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of an HND certificate; additional certifications in administration or customer service are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a front desk or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • A professional appearance and a welcoming demeanor.
